ABOUT ALCHEMICAL STORYTELLING

Alchemical Storytelling is a dynamic, co-creative, ever-evolving process that supports and guides individuals, families and businesses in shaking off their conditioned narratives, be it familial, cultural or societal, and offers the space to explore a new paradigm: a paradigm grounded in creative living (yes, we are all creative!), welcoming all aspects of the Self or Ecosystem, including, and not in spite, of obstacles, challenges, and shadows.

My multi-dimensional perspective is the foundation for the alchemy that transpires during a session. I believe that when we come together within an alchemical vessel to distill our prima materia we can uncover the imprints and conditioning that have run our lives.

Shifting our perspective happens at all dimensions as we work with both seen and unseen forces; we can start to harmonize these aspects by looking at the relationship between our body, mind and soul. My toolkit allows us to explore these realms through an alchemical synthesis of Human Design, Akashic Records, Psyche and Dream Work, and a multitude of other energetic and intuitive practices.

As the journey unfolds, and new layers become conscious we have the opportunity to meet old patterns and recurring situations in life from a new perspective: a new paradigm.

I am consistently humbled by the ways in which our bodies and psyches communicate with us and interface with the external world, providing us with invaluable, personalized guidance. It’s up to us to look and listen (I say this as I’m an eternal student of this practice).

It is my hope that Alchemical Storytelling can provide tangible tools and ways to integrate session information into everyday life. Whether that is a simple reframe of how one makes decisions or just an affirmation that one can trust themselves, I hope my clients find the tools to stay true to themselves and live a more aligned, honest, creative and conscious experience in this lifetime.

I thank you for inviting me to accompany you on this creative exploration and I look forward to learning from your unique wisdom.

ABOUT ME

My life has taken me on a rather circuitous route. On a quest I didn’t realize I was on, to find the wellspring of creativity, I explored many paths, wandering down each one expecting to find “the thing” I was meant to do - the person I was meant to become. What I ultimately discovered was that the path continues, and instead of answers questions lead to more questions. It is these questions that I deeply enjoy engaging with. These questions that have informed my investigation of energy alchemy and the interwoven nature of the “less frequently observed” mechanics that guide us all. These questions that have laid the groundwork for Alchemical Storytelling.

My background is varied. I grew up steeped in alternative wellness practices, unconventional perspectives, and ‘food as medicine’ beliefs. I have always been enthralled in stories and have long considered myself a storyteller, whether through winemaking or photography and now through these various healing modalities.

In addition to seeing clients 1-1, I have developed a profound connection with ceremonial cacao and work with the medicine in a variety of capacities. When consumed, cacao has a gentle but powerful effect on the emotional center of the heart that enhances and pairs well with a variety of services, offerings, and events. These events have been group workshops, individual work, and ceremonies.

Through my work I have collaborated with other healers and guides. In NYC I co-founding Dogberry, a pop-up immersive speakeasy event that fuses ceremonial cacao, tarot card readings, and sound healing to help people explore their heart intelligence. I’ve also worked with Dr. Benjamin Asher, providing cacao, energy work, and EFT support for his patients.

My studies and training include: Human Design, Akashic Record reading, Aura Soma, and a variety of other energy medicine modalities. I am certified in Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Reiki therapies. In addition I have studied, and can offer to my clients, a variety of meditation techniques and resources – as well as extensive knowledge on gluten-free living.

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s Degree at Pacifica Graduate Institute in the Engaged Humanities and the Creative Life.

My previous work across several industries includes: winemaking, marketing, healthcare, and a wellness start-up. I am a photographer / cinematographer and writer, hold a BA in Film and Media Studies from Scripps College, and am passionate about all things culinary related. When venues are open I can be found performing at storytelling open mics, such as The Moth, throughout New York City.
